This new screenprint, 'China Sea', will be one of the works on show.

Frank Kiely

"London", an exhibition of paintings and prints by Frank Kiely, is now open at the Bankside Gallery and runs until 5th September.

Between 6-8pm on Thursday 2nd September you can join Frank at the gallery for a 'Meet The Artist' event and throughout the exhibition children visiting can enjoy Frank's map of the exhibition and enter a draw to win one of his prints and a goodie bag.

Ed Kluz

'Cambusnethan Priory' (below) is one of the original collages that Ed Kluz will be exhibiting at Hornseys from 12th August 2010.

We're busy working with Ed on his first screen printed fabric for St. Jude's which will be available later this year.

Adam Bridgland

'You Will Have Dignity If You Come Here' is Adam Bridgland's first public art commission in the United Kingdom. He was awarded it in 2009 by Futures Community College and Commissions East. A year in development and fabrication in collaboration with AJ Wells on the Isle Of Wight, the work is now installed and will be unveiled to the public later in the summer.

The title for the work is inspired by a line in a poem by a student at Futures College. The poem was a response to someone coming to Southend for the first time and was completed when Adam was doing workshops with the students in preparation for the commission. As well as the link to achievement and awards, he star references the lights on Southend's famous prominade. This is emphasised by the photoluminescent paint around the edges of the aluminium frame, that will bring the artwork to life at night.

Jonny Hannah

We had a great day at the gallery on Saturday for the opening of Jonny Hannah's solo exhibition with us.

Plenty of work sold but we still have a few original pieces plus lots of prints still available.

The show will run until at least mid-August and we'll post some extra images of the unique work on our Facebook page over the next week or so (you'll already be able to see some of the cut-outs and a few photos of the work in the gallery).

Join us for the opening of Jonny Hannah's solo exhibition at St. Jude's from 11am on Saturday 17th July and claim your free H.M.S. St. Jude's tattoo (we'll have an initial batch to give away, first come, first served - personal callers only).

Born & bred in Dumfermline, Jonny studied illustration at the Cowdenbeath College of Knowledge, Liverpool Art School & then the Royal College of Art.

For the last twelve years he has been a freelance illustrator. His many clients include The Sunday Telegraph, The New York Times & The St. Kilda Courier.

Any spare minute is spent working on news projects for his own Cakes & Ale Press, busily creating books, posters, prints & occasionally t-shirts.

Jonny's exhibition will run at the gallery throughout the summer.

Here's one of the two new prints Mark delivered on Friday. His exhibition at St. Jude's opened yesterday and within an hour or two of opening more or less all of the unique collages had been sold.

'Papercut Squirrels' is a screen print, priced at £175.00 for the unframed, unmounted print. Copies are available from our online print store.
