			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Join us for the opening of Jonny Hannah's <a href="http://stjudesgallery.co.uk/show.htm">solo exhibition at St. Jude's</a> from 11am on <strong>Saturday 17th July</strong> and claim your free H.M.S. <p>Born &amp; bred in Dumfermline, Jonny studied illustration at the Cowdenbeath College of Knowledge, Liverpool Art School &amp; then the Royal College of Art.</p>
<p>For the last twelve years he has been a freelance illustrator. His many clients include The Sunday Telegraph, The New York Times &amp; The St. Kilda Courier.</p>
<p>Any spare minute is spent working on news projects for his own Cakes &amp; Ale Press, busily creating books, posters, prints &amp; occasionally t-shirts.</p>
<p>Jonny's <a href="http://stjudesgallery.co.uk/show.htm">exhibition</a> will run at the gallery throughout the summer.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We had our first visit to the Gagosian Gallery today to see 'Picasso - The Mediterranean Years'. 3D works ranging from a plywood flute-tooting faun to a <a href="http://stjudesgallery.co.uk/artists/m_hearld/index.htm">Mark Hearld</a>-ian flat faced ceramic owl sit amongst paintings, prints and drawings (did he ever stop working?). The wit and playfulness in some of the work was dulled somewhat by the dark-suited security guards looming at every turn. Well worth a visit though.</p>
