When we were putting together our forthcoming St. Jude's In The City exhibition in London, it seemed natural to ask Phil Abel to contribute. We've worked with Phil on our own stationery and gift vouchers and Phil often collaborates with printmaker Chris Brown.
Based in East London, Hand & Eye work with a range of clients to produce their letterpress printed work.
And Phil has unearthed about 200 wood-letter posters (see below) that he printed about 10 years ago and never distributed. These will be available to visitors of our exhibition at the Bankside Gallery on a first come, first served basis.
